Enterprise Integration

Integration is where the enterprise actually runs. We have built it since 2011.

APIs, SOA, ESB, messaging and event-driven architecture across IBM, Oracle, MuleSoft, Boomi and cloud-native platforms, connecting ERPs, CRMs, ServiceNow, core systems and legacy applications so data and processes flow reliably.

The problem

Why integration becomes the bottleneck

Every new system, channel and AI initiative depends on the integration layer. When it is fragile, everything built on top of it inherits the fragility.

01

Point-to-point sprawl

Hundreds of direct connections, file transfers and undocumented jobs nobody dares to change.

02

Aging middleware

ESB and SOA platforms that still run the business but lack skills, upgrades and a modernization path.

03

APIs without management

Services exposed without security policies, versioning, monitoring or a catalog, so reuse never happens.

04

Batch in a real-time world

Nightly synchronizations cannot support e-commerce, mobile channels or AI agents that need current data.

Business impact

What a modern integration architecture changes

A governed integration layer turns systems into reusable capabilities and makes every future project cheaper.

Reuse instead of rebuild

Managed APIs and events let new channels, partners and AI agents consume existing capabilities in days.

Reliability you can measure

Monitoring, retries, dead-letter handling and SLAs replace overnight surprises.

Legacy included

Mainframe, ERP and custom systems participate in modern architectures through APIs and events, without rewrites.

Modernization without downtime

A strangler approach migrates interfaces one by one while the business keeps running.

How we work

How we work

Understand the interfaces, define the standards, migrate incrementally and keep the lights on.

  1. 01

    Map

We inventory interfaces, flows, systems, volumes and failure points, and rank them by business criticality.

  2. 02

    Design

We define the target platform, API and event standards, security policies and the migration sequence.

  3. 03

    Deliver

We build and migrate interfaces in waves, with automated tests, parallel runs and monitoring from the first release.

  4. 04

    Operate

We establish observability, support routines and governance so the platform stays healthy after handover.

Use cases

Typical scenarios

Where our integration work usually starts.

ESB modernization

Migrating from legacy IBM or Oracle middleware to current versions, cloud-hosted platforms, iPaaS such as Boomi or MuleSoft, or API-led architectures.

API program launch

Standing up API management with security, catalog and governance for internal, partner and public APIs.

ERP and CRM integration

Connecting SAP, Oracle, Salesforce and Infor with channels, logistics and finance systems, often through Boomi or MuleSoft.

Real-time event backbone

Kafka-based streaming for orders, inventory, payments and fraud detection.

Legacy exposure for AI

System APIs that let agents query and update core systems with control and audit.

B2B and partner integration

EDI, file-based and API integrations with suppliers, banks and marketplaces.

ServiceNow as the operations hub

Incidents, requests and changes synchronized with ERP, HR, monitoring and vendor systems, with AI agents opening and updating tickets through governed APIs.

iPaaS adoption

Standing up Boomi or MuleSoft as the shared integration layer for SaaS-heavy landscapes, with governance, reusable connectors and monitoring.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is SOA dead? Should we replace our ESB with microservices?

SOA principles, such as reusable services with contracts, are alive inside API-led and event-driven architectures. What ages is the technology and the centralization of a single bus. We usually evolve the ESB into managed APIs, events and lighter runtimes rather than rewriting everything as microservices.

Which integration platform should we use?

It depends on your existing investments, skills, cloud strategy and licensing. We have delivered on IBM, Oracle, MuleSoft, Boomi and cloud-native stacks and recommend based on your context, not on a partnership incentive.

Do you integrate ServiceNow?

Yes. We connect ServiceNow to ERPs, CRMs, HR, monitoring and vendor systems using IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST and Scripted APIs and MID Server, and we expose ServiceNow capabilities as governed APIs so AI agents can open, update and resolve tickets with audit trails.

Can you migrate our IBM Integration Bus or Oracle SOA Suite flows?

Yes. Migration to IBM App Connect Enterprise, Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft or cloud-native services is a large part of our work. We map flows, automate what can be converted and re-implement what should be redesigned, with parallel runs before cutover.

How do you avoid downtime during integration modernization?

By migrating interface by interface behind stable contracts, running old and new in parallel, comparing outputs and switching consumers gradually. The business never depends on a single cutover weekend.

How does integration relate to AI agents?

Agents are only useful when they can read and change data in real systems. Managed APIs and events are the safe way to give them that access, with authentication, limits and audit trails.
