Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the course of our engagement, as detailed in project-specific agreements.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the applicable Statement of Work or service agreement. Termination does not affect obligations incurred prior to termination.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if necessary, in the courts of Brazil.

Modifications to Terms

CHM IT reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
