CHM IT has worked inside complex enterprise environments since 2011: integration platforms, ERPs, cloud estates and, more recently, data platforms and applied AI. We are the people companies call when technology has to fit together.
Where we come from
CHM IT started in 2011 as an enterprise integration practice, working on IBM, Oracle and MuleSoft platforms for companies whose core systems had to talk to each other reliably. That work taught us how enterprises really run: through interfaces, contracts, batch windows and the people who keep them alive.
Cloud changed where those systems run. Data platforms changed what could be learned from them. Generative AI changed what could be automated around them. We extended the practice into each of these, always from the same starting point: the architecture that connects them.
Today we operate through entities in Brazil and the United States, deliver remotely for clients across time zones and take on work that ranges from a two-week architecture assessment to multi-year modernization programs.

Led by an architect who still builds.
Carlos founded CHM IT in 2011 after years working on enterprise integration and architecture. He holds a Computer Science degree and an MBA in IT Management, trained in artificial intelligence in Silicon Valley, and has spent close to two decades designing and delivering integration, cloud and AI solutions for companies.
He teaches on Udemy, where more than 7,500 learners have taken his courses on Oracle SOA Suite and IBM App Connect Enterprise, and runs a private executive mentorship in AI and systems integration for leaders and technical teams.
